What server address do I sign in with?
Use the address of the Space server your team runs, for example http://your-mac.local:8766 on your local network, or its HTTPS address if it's available over the internet. Ask whoever set up Space if you're not sure.
My recording hasn't turned into a note yet.
Recordings upload in the background and are processed on your server. Keep the app open until the upload starts, and check that your phone can reach the server. The first transcription can take longer while the server downloads its speech models.
How do I delete my voice profile?
Go to Settings → Voice recognition and choose Forget voice. You can also opt out of voice recognition there.
How do I delete my account?
Ask the person or organisation that runs your Space server. If we run your server, email us and we'll take care of it.
