On Wednesday, Jan. 15, NASA astronauts Jessica Meir and Christina Koch will step outside of the International Space Station into the vacuum of space together. The duo will replace old nickel-hydrogen batteries with newer, more powerful lithium-ion batteries to continue upgrading station power systems on the Port-6 truss structure. The spacewalk is scheduled to begin at 6:50 a.m. EST and last about six-and-a-half hours.

    Where are the stars?

  2. William G

Why do they still use potatoes?

  3. Cosmic Kid

After all this time, it does seem increasingly odd that they continue to only use fish eye lenses for the Earth shots while they don’t mind using regular lenses for the interior shots. Just for ONCE, use a regular lens on the Earth to shutup all the flat earth theorists once and for all. It’s not so much to ask Nasa to do it once. Do it, and be done with the theories.

  4. Little Ricky'sFlyingCircus

Not a single star or Satellite.. Lol…

I have a few good video recorders NASA, they won’t get out of focus like the ones used in this video.. 50 million budget and I can get a camcorder at a pawnshop better than your garbage that bugs out.

  14. Anthony1-17 Truth Seeker

5:05 mark, watch how the tool she is using drops out of her hand… what happened to zero gravity NASA? Wouldnt it float? No, cause you are under water, wake up people!

Am I to suppose, oppose, propose or simply believe “Drones4bones” that you were really communicating with me? In the last 33 years of the 20th century the “Flower Power” inspired “revolutionary movement succesfully effected positive change at the “institutional” the grass roots “Societal” and “Political” level on an “International” stage, the “Global Scale” via the celebration of the so called “Higher Truths Values”,namely the truer power of Love. You know, the point of Origin competed for over thousands of years the very “Origin” of the political source of “economic” generated “Power. Today, only 20 years into the 21st century and the so called “Millenial” generation speak of a sense of “Spiritual” abandonment. Forsaken again by “Nixonite” likened levels of reckless political resentment. Cheers anyway, trying not to be depressed here.

  22. Arnold Sherrill

How come no one is actually talking about what they are trying to do during this part of the mission? I hope someone realizes that if it wasn’t for the work done in parts by commercial and government entities, the device you are holding in your hand or sitting down typing on would not exist and you wouldn’t be able to have this kind of conversation with anyone

What I get is a 4:00:00 long video that starts, well, 4:00:00 before the end of the whole thing. Where is the first more-than-half of it?
