Neutron stars and pulsars don’t exist.
33:888 why can’t Dark matter be an atom with only a NEUTRON? That would mean that the elements contain dark matter.π€ΈββοΈπ€ΈββοΈπππ€π€π½ππππ€
Everyday Iβm hustling was written about Anton
Does the degenerate matter in neutron stars like anime?
40 seconds in! I bet my wife has more angry energy than anything discussed here right now!
I remember my astronomy instructor describing the density of the mass in Neutron Stars.
He held up a teaspoon of salt and said ” imagine the mass held in this teaspoon weighing tens of thousands of metric tons “.
Amazing!
Thanks Anton.

Wrong Cambridge!!! She was at the University of Cambridge, *England*, not Massachusetts!
What happens to a star when its hit repeatedly by a neutron stars ejection? Especially a x-ray pulsar.
Oh and the other of the three major structures that you explained as consuming matter from a “sun” star … How then does that thereby create not how which.. Yeo.. good one.
Hello wonderful Anton!
This early might as well comment.
So neutron stars eventually settle down to one of three types. Like you said once we can see the earliest pulsar a lot of questions will get answered, and ten times as many new questions will be thought up.
The first animation looks like a black hole that wobbles.
Nice Video ππ
33 years old. Donβt we have to add the distance from earth in light years to get the actual age?
13:43 I love that. Do you love me? ππ ππβ€οΈ
Hiiiiiiiii
Who is downvoting these videos?
since neutrons are electrically neutral, how does a magnetar get such a strong magnetic field?
Sooo… neutrons are formed by electrons and protons being bound together… does that mean that all isotopes of elements are formed in supernovas?
What is your favorite topic, involving space? Like, what exactly fascinates you the most Anton? Personally i choose the great attractor and starve for more information i will probably never live to know
Could there be pulsars that aren’t pointed at us? Say there’s a lighthouse with a rotating beacon that sweeps the horizon, and you’re in a helicopter directly above it. You won’t see it pulsing because it’s pointing at the sea, where the ships are, not the air, where you are.
Joy Division fans?
Anton, Why aren’t Pulsars visible to the naked eye?
why wouldn’t you just link the past video about the neutron star that you could see both sides of????
Soon we will use pulsars to super charge our FSD o7

Who do they pretend there are no currents when you don’t get magnetic fields wiggle currents

Halo wonderful person
8:14 God’s personal discotheque.
Anton is the best
K so. You were showing the one star that was estimated at 200 plus years in age thereby being young and so I was pointing out that depth may thereby ascertained? Depth rather than distance because of the cor reflect do you spell. Correlation? Of atmospheric conditions between oceanic depths and space leaving the question only why under water does a vessel implode but when immediately applied to breaking orbit…?? Correlation.. there we go thank you phone..
Why Do You Tube Clips Use Capital Letters At The Front Of Every Word ?
I’m confused as how we define a “pulsar” now as they appear to encompass a much broader classification of phenomena than I was previously aware of before this. What I mean is what determines if something is or is not “a pulsar”. Previously I thought it had to be a neutron star with astrophysical jets, but it now seems that may not necessarily be true or the definition may be so lose that it includes black holes with x-ray jets or even a black hole which just has an accretion disk and therefore produces jets and has an unstable axial rotation. If the definition of a pulsar inherently excludes objects which are created by black holes instead of neutron stars, how would we even be able to tell the difference. Just estimate by the mass of the object?
So much wonderfulness.
I REALLY wish we had the capability to take a real picture of a pulsar! I have always been incredibly curious as to what one would really look like. And I’m also very curious to know how accurate many of the “artist’s depictions” of pulsars really are. Do you guys think they’re pretty close in their renditions, or is there a chance they look nothing like we think they do? Perhaps an extremely compact ball of ‘quark matter’ is absolutely mesmerizing and we aren’t even aware of it.
I tell you these things because I expect you’ll do well with the odd questions it proposes idk.. have fun man
Hey Anton, the fact that there’s a sun spot the size of Mars presently, and you haven’t covered this?
Hi thank you this one is very good.
1.337 seconds
so this is where Joy Division got its album cover 0:49

anton petrov could you do a video on light black holes trollish-ly called kugelblitz?
we know how to make them – theoretically but we lack of technology to make the theory to be turned into reality, at least for now
the concept is mind blowing btw.
Every black hole is diferent from each other depending on its dice
And the space ocupating in it spining
Arround but what I can see is that it’s mecanims inside those black holes
Another difference from each other are depending on its gravity to compress mater light and matter
And the movements you see is Becouse the space inside the guy spinner why Becouse the less empty
Space inside the guy more dancing
Around and that is the pulsars magnetic and gases. And magnetism making a fusion compressing which I wish a marble of that soup and I bet you 1000 dollars you won’t be able to pick it up. . but I am talking more that you my get bord .
Your friend. Chilli bean.
Hi Anton!!!
You need a new updated profile pic maybe with a fresh haircut!!!
2nd!
It shall be decreed an acretimagnesar
I was going to ask about visible pulsars, but the Crab Pulsar is a magnitude 17, too faint to see. The other 5 known ones are even fainter! Bummer! π₯
Anton no matter how you spin it, Pulsars are so cool, even cooler, watching this video on large screen TV with the lights out.
Neutron stars interest me more than black holes even for some reason. I guess because theres no event horizon and we can study them more directly (at least currently!) π
Waiting for video on 2018 VP1 (Earth bound meteor 2nd Nov 2020)
I love your videos! Where are you from?
HELLO, WONDERFUL PRSON! :).
YouTube sucks so much now that I only come for great content that hasn’t made the transition yet!
Thanks Anton, struggling through the shortcomings of the site for you!
Hello wonderful Anton π
always wanted to do that
I hope you never get bored of making YouTube videos π
Pogchamp
Does no one have anything to say about the 1.337 seconds?
2:05 I guess Anton’s what a black hole looks like.
Please more videos about pulsars neutronstars and magnetars
I wish I could have silver surfer powers and just cruise around space and see and know everything
Never been so early
Last time i was this early it was 59 minutes after the video releaser? yeaas
It’s going to be really disappointing if the James Webb discovers the universe is inside a marble being played by an alien.
My favorite objects in the Universe
Would love to know more about Neutron Star Quakes as the Compressed Iron Crust fractures? How squashed a fast spinning NS can get? Could a NS spin so fast it becomes a doughnut before flying apart? Is there a max theoretical rate of spin? What are conditions like on the surface of a NS, theoretically? Weather/Atmosphere/Micron high Plasma Winds? What happens as two neutron stars slowly get closely together in orbit? NS quakes? Magnetic effects? Micro-black holes? Neutronium? Neutronium instability? Anything else that comes to mind?
WTF is Compressed Iron on a NS to normal Iron, LOL? What happens to time on the surface of NS, and would a NS Quakes mess with time even more? OMG sooo many questions, LOL.
Pretty interesting!!! π
Last time i was this early photon
Greate visualization! Thank you!
When it’s 3:40am and you cant sleep
Is one of the new pulsar types part platypus? (Referencing yesterday’s wonderful video)
Hello Anton, this is person. I can’t sleep and this isnt helping.
Can you talk about that asteroid everyone is talking about thatβs coming on November 1st???
It’s a Xindi weapon! (Star Trek fans know what I mean.)
I love your videos so much. I love space and you give all the info i need. Thank you!!!!
I owned a Nissan Pulsar. One thing it wasn’t was powerful.
Beginning to like your channel I never been into outer space stuff the stuff frightens me ever since I was a child… but I stumble upon your channel recently and learned so much from you that though outer space still is somthing I can’t stand. Your videos have made me less upset and more aware of things that once freaked me out for many years of my life…but now I’m more better informed I learnt more logical information I didn’t as a child and I think you have great potential to grow and be famous one day maybe make it on live streaming platforms hosting shows and such thank you for your work in research and telling anyone that watches your videos what goes on in the field of outer space and science.
Hey Anton, thanks very much for all your efforts keeping all us viewers bang up to date with the wonderful world of astronomy.
Thank you Anton Petrov for reading through all of those scientific papers for us, and giving us such well designed and informative presentations.
Thanks for reminding me to like the video. I usually like it so much that I’m so immersed in the video that I forget I’m on YouTube and not in space. ππ
That graph instantly brings about more depression than all The Cure albums combined.
Joy Division – only group more depressing than The Cure.
A story like a love letter to astronomy and science. Thank you again Anton <3
So cool. Thanks for this, I appreciate what you do.
thanks for the hustle Anton one of the best channels in general
I am fascinated, what reaction is occurring that converts rotational energy into radio
How about plasmoids that are mistaken and pushed as black holes?
that means magnetars are pulsars that lost their spin “velocity”
very informative video from which I’ve learnt something new as well
btw. you forgot on millisecond pulsars a sub category of ultra spinning neutron stars
i watch ur Videos since over 1year now every day always amazing
Those “jets” should be spirals, like on a barber’s pole.
Love these vids dude! You make me want to study space and science in the future.
It surprises me how much we know about space and our universe, and how much we’ve mapped of it without having traveled beyond the distance of our own moon.
It’s mind boggling.
0:47 Joy Division vibes
So mars had slashers what a shuck. There’s also evidence of liquid water
Spooky action at a distance I was wondering about how much neutron stars bend space
I would have to say that the phenomenon of intelligent life is more interesting, but compact stars and high pressure physics is a close second.
“She noticed pulses happening regularly every 1.337 seconds”
nice
It thrills me to know how far weβve gone, so few the people that actually care, in so short the time that actually passed. Iβve given up on imagining a real future. Itβll definitely be inconceivable, hideous or divine.
