how’s the warranty on that Chinese space station? cuz i can see it breaking in 2 weeks

  2. augustus plebeian

    Every nation studying space: $$

    70% of the ocean: ๐Ÿ˜ญ

  3. Thor Sparks

Seeing as it crashed into the Indian Ocean, one would think it wasn’t completely uncontrolled or unplanned. (It’s a pretty big planet after all.) :D

  4. Michael Barrett

Checked today it reentered into the Indian Ocean near the maldives

  5. Tavish Seumas

It requires money to make money. this is the best secret I have ever discovered we don’t make money, we EARn and MULTIPLY money.

  6. Buzz The Buzzard

Wait…you’re a fellow Canadian? Been watching this channel for years and never knew.

  7. Tara

Looks like it landed in the Indian Ocean. Thank you Anton for the link to track it!

  8. vicuong dang

The next one will be programmed and aimed to fall back at your backyard.

  9. Heribert Schleck

Over 100000 views but only slightly more than 8000 ratings? Come on guys, give it a thumbs up! This guy deserves it.

  10. Jim Smith

I think Yellowknife ma be the town where the Ice Road Truckers worked out of their first year. There are a diamond mines north of there and they were delivering tons of materials to support those operations if I remember correctly.

  11. bastedon

I really hope this doesn’t end up like the Soviet shuttle, built more or less to keep pace and then having no missions for all of it.

  12. Locadio Marcucco

    Thank you wonderful Anton.

  13. koustubh132

Can you make a video on the “Canadian Arm” ?

  14. koustubh132

    Skylab crashed over Australia.

3:45 — Would be so cool if some part crashed safely near Anton, and he could make a video about that part and its function ;-)

  15. Ana Freitas

I immediately remembered the USS Shenzhou lol
But truly do hope it does not kill anyone when it crashes

  16. Drew Stevenson

Just imagining if they take pictures while the telescope is connected to the station… As a photographer I know having humans bumping around or even pumping blood over the long distances would create a lot of distortion maybe even a wiggle bigger than the field of view. Free floating is the best tripod.

  17. Michael Cherry

    Great info, thanks!

  18. Ragunath Tikiri

Tianzhou is actually the cargo resupply ship. The shenzhou has the ability to return crew back to Earth

  19. Ragunath Tikiri

The CZ-5B Stage that hit Africa was the same size and mass. It was a more controlled reentry which is why the media didn’t pick it up

  20. rvnmedic1968

The stage that crashed in the Indian Ocean was carrying a module for their “Space Station”.

  21. ominollo

    Thanks Anton!

  22. Space Face

For anybody wondering, it landed very near the Maldives. It broke up near it and landed somewhere between over the Maldives or south of Sri Lanka. Or both, since it possibly broke up on reentry.

  23. juno kutz

Anton , you are a rare gem, your videos are priceless , absolutely so useful for todayโ€™s generation. All blessings.

  25. adicterdron Cavanah

Anton if you look at the end of the tube in the full drawing there is an amogi screening it head off

  26. Luis Aldamiz

Damn, I went out this pre-dawn to a high ground park in my city in an attempt to see the rocket reentry but it was all cloudy and anyhow the rocket reentered much further East than expected, near Athens rather than near Lisbon. So I saw nothing!

  27. Shantanu Ojha

I crashed near Maldevies we need to hold them accountable

  28. Biswarup Sain

It’s nothing except Mathematics, what they really needs to improve a lot.

After Skylab hit Western Australia, the Shire Council of the town of Esperance actually fined NASA for littering. ๐Ÿ˜‚

6:09 So, US hates Russia on Earth but collaborates with them in Space and collaborates with China on Earth and hates them in space. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Never knew you were Canadian…not that it matters much considering the general subject matter of your channel. Science knows no borders :)

  58. Anik Samiur Rahman

Hmm, the tumbling is just an excuse, the rocket actually wants to come to our Wonderful Anton.

  59. Madjackblack

My dad and I sat on the back porck and watched Telstar go overhead. We haven’t quite hit all the cool sci-fi advances I’d thought we”d be using by now, but overall progress is still amazing despite the waste of war and geo-political rivalries. Without those we’d probably have a cheap flying car. Have told my grandkids I envy them, and I meant it.

  60. Michael Mattiacci

    Thank you, Anton!

  61. Jim Brideau

I’m proud to learn you are from Canada. Love your channel. I watch daily.

Thank you for posting all the latest space news! Your efforts are greatly appreciated by me. Not so much by everyone else in my life that has to listen to me talk about it.

    Thanks again!

  65. Paul Davis/Schlichting

I remember SkyLab falling. I was concerned but I thought I would hear it coming or something and be able to step out of the way. I was really young at the time. It just looks to me as if they trying to get off of the planet. The space telescope?

  66. whatdooumeen

i lived in Yk also, cool man

  67. Anthony Ciciulla

    Tryn’ subdue the moo.

  68. CyborgOctopus

if china/india relations improve a bit maybe isro will add to the new tiangong. it’s a shame that the us doesn’t want to use the modular nature of the iss to keep it going indefinitely. just shuffle worn out modules and replace them. it’s expensive but it’s a good investment.

  69. Anthony Smith

    Hurry up! go on vacation!

  70. M J

  71. Tapecutter59

I’m old enough to remember when SkyLab fell on my country.

  72. Ray

  73. Eskander X

Did we forget the Skylab crashing in Australia and them suing US for “littering”, but only for few hundred dollars in that case?

  74. Brian H

Nice. Oh, it will reenter on my Birthday. Interesting gift from them.

  75. zazugee

    wonderful heaven xD

  76. nolan412

I can’t help but brainstorm possible dual uses: photography, tracking system test, missile defenses, …

  77. Damon Jay

soviet union, canada, korea…you get around. i fully expect anton to casually throw in the fact that he used to live on the space station one of these days…

    New video next week ๐Ÿ˜ณ
โ€œHello, wonderful person. Todayโ€™s video will be a little different, as it will contain some footage from outside my office. You will have to excuse me for all the men in radiation suits that appear in the video.โ€

  80. hang da clown

Metatron made a post about the debris, apparently the Italian government has released a statement about it, expecting debris in 10 areas

  81. Joseph Piskac

    Great Thanks!

  82. Marin3r

    Confirmed! Anton Lives in Space!

  83. Carlo

No spacecrafts should fall from orbit until we donโ€™t know how that Mardi Gras story with the hairy guy ended.

  84. Kyles Isler

I’ve been watching the rocket on the tracker. Very interesting!

  85. SalticidaeFan

If I could only watch 10 youtube channels, youโ€™d be one of them!

  86. Kenny Carter

I wanna see it in my sky. It be cool as f.. May 8th….. pemsacola Florida

  87. Karlos Maximus

With a telescope that powerful and pointed towards the earth… don’t look up ever again lol

  88. Sarah Messer

I’ve been really curious, well this thing spinning around in space knock about a bunch of space debris and cause more stuff to fall? Just thinking about the tons of space junk up there and it’s making me nervous.

  89. Remo 52

One of the best videos youโ€™ve done. So much information in a concise format. It will be interesting to see exactly how CC handles such great responsibilities. Putting objects in orbit will I think in the future be one of the most contentious undertaking of any country.

  90. Kakki Peter

Hello from Iqaluit :) Fun to find out you lived in Yellowknife before.

  91. Ashten The Platypus

My insurance will probably call it an act of God if I come home some day to find a rocket crashed in my roof.

  92. John Booster

Does anyone else want story time with Anton, like some backstory of himself, and stuff. Id like to hear about him time in Yellowknife., etc.

  93. Lennie Taclof

I remember back in the 50s and 60s watching many of the Mercury and Gemini capsules re entries. It was a big deal back then.

  94. Jeremy Thompson

    โ€œHello Antonโ€

  95. CocoaButt

I think China and Canada should have an arm wrestling competition in LEO.
